Simple materials and a simple procedure

This keto cookie is grain-free thanks to the almond flour, and it’s delicious because to the cheddar cheese. I made these using a combination of cheddar and jack cheese that I had on hand, and they were excellent. I love that all you have to do is combine a few basic ingredients, put them on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper, and bake them.

A low-carb cookie prepared with almond flour and cheese that is buttery and delicious.

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered baking soda
  • salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • a quarter teaspoon of pepper
  • 3 Esslöffel butter, cooled and spiced
  • 2 eggs, big
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Using parchment paper, line a baking sheet.

Combine the almond flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper in a medium mixing basin. With a pastry knife, cut in the butter until it resembles sand, or smash the butter.

Combine the eggs and cheese in a mixing bowl. To make a sticky dough, combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Place 6 cookies on a baking pan using an ice cream scoop. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meat is well cooked and gently browned. Allow to cool before serving.
