Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs until they are smooth and foamy. Half of the shredded cheddar cheese should be added now. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. In a heated frying pan, melt the butter. Allow for a few minutes for the egg mixture to solidify.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and continue to simmer until the egg mixture is nearly done. Add the last of the crumbled cheese. Fold and serve right away.

Tip!

Add herbs, chopped vegetables, or perhaps a side of salsa to your dish to make it more interesting. Also, for a distinct taste profile, cook your omelet in olive oil or coconut oil.
